Instead of focusing on the fact that you can’t understand how someone could betray or disrespect you intentionally and yes lying by omission is still lying- focus instead on the fact that the reason you can’t, is because you have integrity, you are considerate, empathic and honest.

It should feel unfathomable and you shouldn’t be able to understand something that is so out of alignment with the pure intentions you move through life with.

Stop trying to make sense out of nonsense and then go find a horse to hug!
